Directions for Use

Use only distilled or bottled water. Add 1/2 capful of "Pluck No More" to 4 oz drinking water each day for birds such as African Greys, Amazons, Cockatoos,  Eclectus and all size Macaws. For birds such as Cockatiels, Conures, Lovebirds, Quakers, Canaries and Parakeets use 1/4 capful. Also add 2 capfuls to 1 oz of distilled water in a spray bottle. Lightly spray the affected areas 3-4 times a day. Start right. Before using Pluck No More, the bird must be bathed in a tub with Feather Shine Shampoo and then all shampoo must be thoroughly rinsed off the bird.

In most cases you should begin to see positive results in 5-10 days. Discontinue after 60 days if no positive results are seen, and consult your local veterinarian

For Small Birds: Canaries, Lovebirds, and Cockatiels Add 1/2 capful of "Pluck No More" to 4 oz drinking water each day and stir well with spoon.

For Medium Birds: African Greys, Amazons, Large Conures, ect. Add 3/4 capful of "Pluck No More" to 6 oz drinking water each day and stir well with spoon.

For Large Birds : Cockatoos, Macaws, ext. Add 1 capful of "Pluck No More" to 8oz drinking water each day and stir well with spoon.

Use only distilled or bottled water. Why?
Chlorine will kill the potency of the herbs in the bottle.
Stop giving fruits and vegetables. Why? Birds get moisture out of fruits and veggies and therefore do not drink as much. The more water the bird drinks the faster the feathers will come in. Also the acid in certain fruits will kill the herbs in the bottle

For all birds add 1 capful of Pluck No More into a spray bottle with 1 oz of bottled or distilled water. Shake well spray the bird 3 times a day. Spray Bottles are available for $3.99. The reason for this is because when the bird preens they will digest the Pluck No More.
Why use feather shine shampoo? If the bird has lice or mites on him that has not been detected by you or your vet, then most likely the Pluck No More will not work because of the lice or mites that are chewing on his skin. Also imagine if you did not have a bath for 5 to 10 years. Imagine if you just tuned the water on in the shower for 2 minutes and walked out you would feel just has dirty without using soap or shampoo. People feel that spraying a bird with water is a bath.
